CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) lab grown diamond rough refers to a type of synthetic diamond that is produced through a controlled process in a laboratory setting. Unlike natural diamonds that are formed under intense heat and pressure deep within the Earth's mantle, CVD diamonds are created using a combination of gas deposition and crystal growth techniques.
