EACH SILENT 50 FOOT REEL IS $12.50 PLEASE TYPE IN OR SELECT YOUR QUANTITY OF 50 FOOT REELS IN THE QUANTITY SECTION OF THIS AUCTION. Please read MINIMUM PURCHASE QUANTITY BELOW.
*Please Read Number 4 if you have a quantity under 5 each. If you only have a quantity of 1 each to 4 each you must purchase a minimum of 5 each to cover the minimum purchase. This is even if you have 1, 2, 3 or 4 (50 ft) reels of movie film. Just type in 5 each in the qty section on this auction. Thank you.
1. This auction is for a SERVICE for transferring your personal family SILENT old home movie film (NO SOUND) which includes Regular 8mm, Super 8 and 16mm. If you do have sound on your movie film and you want the sound transferred with your film please message me here on eBay before purchasing. If you send your SOUND film without notification then it will be run as silent film. I will create a custom eBay auction just for your sound movie film if you decide to purchase and want your soundtrack transferred from your film. Transferring the sound (the correct way) off of Super 8 and 16mm is a very tedious process and requires a lot of extra work and attention in order for it to be done the proper way.
3. PLEASE put your movie film reels in order IF you are wanting them in the proper sequence. Some customers will just put a sticky note on each reel numbering 1, 2, 3, etc. Just number them however you need to so I will know the order you want them in. If you don't care about the order of your film then just let me know after purchase.
5. We do frame by frame scanning which is the best process available in todays technology.
6. RETURN SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE USING USPS MEDIA MAIL.
7. Delivery Schedule. Please check with me on my current delivery schedule for your movie film transfer IF this is critical for you and you need it sooner.
9. HOME MOVIE FILM DETERIORATION--------VINEGAR EFFECT
What do we mean by the "Vinegar Effect" or what we normally call the "Vinegar Syndrome"?
