This is a very rare 7up bottle with 8 bubbles. The 8 bubbles are in the background, also above the lady in the swimsuit. The swimsuit is blank, no paint. This bottle has a unique "7up" ACL on both sides of the neck, as shown.
The product label first had 8 bubbles. The management asked, "Why is this beverage called 7up, when the label has 8 bubbles?" Upper management thought about it, and in the early 1940's, started putting 7 bubbles, and 7up, painted on the bottles. Lithia was removed in 1948.
This is a 7 oz bottle, bottled by Seven Up Bottling Company in Birmingham, Alabama. On the backside, it states, "You Like 7up, It Likes You".
The painted graphics are somewhat worn. The bottle has a wide chip on the bottom edge. It is not deep, and it lets the bottle sit flat.
Shipping for this bottle will be only $8.00, anywhere in the U.S. for 2-4 day mail.
If you like more of my many bottles, I will ship them FREE with your new 7up bottle.
