While I do my very best to pack plants carefully to avoid damage, an outside leaf or vine may break in transit. This is sometimes unavoidable as boxes are routinely rolled, tumbled, and thrown by the postal service during shipping. Therefore, you might occasionally have a broken leaf or some soil on the leaves. This is not a damage. We do USA shipping ONLY.

If there is a problem, please let me know within 24 hours. I want you to be happy with your purchase.

If the plant is received not salvageable, I will be happy to send another plant if available or an agreed substitute , but buyer needs to pay shipping or have it send free with another order.
