Antique Possible Post Mortem Child Cabinet Card Photograph South Bend Indiana

Item up for sale is a phenomenal antique cabinet card photograph depicting what appears to us to be a post mortem young girl in a white gown laid back on a piece of furniture with her eyes open (which was not unheard of in post mortem photography). Photograph exhibits soiling and patina consistent with age and display with edges and corners exhibiting age appropriate wear around edges and corners. Photo card body exhibits some mild warping.

Photo has a artist / photographers mark on the reverse side which reads "Jas. Bonney Photographer South Bend, Ind.". Photo measures 6-1/2" top to bottom by 4-1/4" wide. Amazing photo that comes fresh to the market from a recent estate buyout. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
