This board will not include the IO shield by default. If you need one, please put it as a request in the order notes.
You are purchasing a board with issues. This is a mix of boards that tested bad before shipping with customer returns mixed in. As I don't test customer returns when they come back I cannot provide insight into what is or isn't wrong with any particular board.
For boards that I tested locally and rejected before shipping, it could be any one or more of the following:
1. It doesn't turn on when power is applied. Some may turn on intermittently, maybe there's a short, maybe it's just dead.
2. Doesn't post, light next to ethernet port flashes goes red, green, red and repeats.
3. Doesn't post, light next to ethernet port stays red, does not flash green.
4. No display
5. Crashes
6. Magic smoke escaped
7. Other customer return issues.
