Battery or Port Replacement Service LumaDent ProLux Battery Pack - REPAIR PROLUX

This auction is NOT for purchasing a unit out right, it is to rebuild your defective unit. This includes EITHER the port where you input the headlight or the battery replacement. If you want both, it'll be extra.

Battery replacement (ideal if your light runs out of battery fast) - Battery will be replaced with brand new cells which will have a PCM protection module installed as well (just like the original battery).

Headlight Port replacement (ideal if your light flickers when you move the cable near the battery).

Details

After purchasing, please message me with the serial # of your battery or batteries and a description of what is wrong with it (and if you want just a battery replacement, port replacement, or both; if using both, there will be a slight additional charge of $15)

Do not buy used battery packs, they will fail soon. Rebuilding your battery pack will give your unit the same or more life than new.

Repair Leadtimes

A normal repair can be completed within 2 days and shipped out the following day.

Warranty Information

All customer units are logged in our system with their model and serial number from the side of the housing. If these numbers do not match upon return, we cannot honor your warranty.

All of the internals of your unit will also be documented and marked prior to shipping back to you. If these markings are missing because of boards being swapped or someone attempting repair, we cannot honor your warranty.

Please do not open up or attempt to repair your unit.

If your warranty claim is not accepted, you can either decide to get the unit repaired again or have it returned at your expense. All warranty claims MUST be shipped back to us for warranty evaluation.
