The batteries we use are high quality batteries with the same or longer life per charge.
Do not buy used battery packs, they will fail soon. Rebuilding your battery pack will give your unit the same or more life than new.
If your unit requires repairs beyond the internal battery of any kind, you will need to upgrade to a full repair service. The additional cost would be $50 for repair, if you already purchased our battery service.
Repair Lead Times
A normal repair can be completed within 3-10days depending on parts arrival.
Units Requiring Additional Repair
Additional repair is a flat rate rate of $125 and it also comes with a 1Year Warranty.
Warranty Information
All customer units are logged in our system with their model and serial number from the side of the housing. If these numbers do not match upon return, we cannot honor your warranty.
All of the internals of your unit will also be documented and marked prior to shipping back to you. If these markings are missing because of boards being swapped or someone attempting repair, we cannot honor your warranty.
Please do not open up or attempt to repair your unit.
If your warranty claim is not accepted, you can either decide to get the unit repaired again or have it returned at your expense.
All warranty claims MUST be shipped back to us for warranty evaluation.
