removed from your radio model AWRCC1 or AWRCC2, and shipped to us for repair and software update.
SEND US YOUR LOGIC BOARD from any BOSE Wave radio model AWRCC1 or AWRCC2.
Our CERTIFIED TECH will replace -defective- capacitors and any/all other defect parts on YOUR logic board with new, high quality, parts at a low flat-rate charge. All boards will also have software checked and updated if necessary (peripheral drivers), and will be final-tested under live and varying conditions before shipping back home to you; Rush service is FREE: 24-48hr turnaround time.
PLEASE NOTE: Though removing logic board is a simple task, it does require care, a gentle hand, and patience so as not to damage laser or three other flat ribbons; there is also a risk of static damage to laser if not taking static-safe precautions -- typical of any device using digital ICs or cmos circuitry. Also be aware that problems with laser itself and/or main board may cause symptoms similar to defect logic board so, to avoid disappointment, please be sure - logic board- needs attention prior to shipping it to us in heavily padded envelope or small box.
