About this product
This awesome large butterfly mold is freshly poured in no.1 pottery plaster without any prior use so it will be free of any residual ceramic dust. It is unusually light for the casting size-- only 1 pound so it won't hurt your back to pour lol. Makes a great cast, easy release. Makes a great garden stake or wall hanger. If your kiln shelves are only 7 inch, you can easily just prop your moist wings on some plaster blocks so they dry slightly vertical to reduce them to a 7 inch span.
