This is a new (but not sealed) "Disney's Halloween Treat" Blu-ray. This a MOD BD-R and has never been offered in a retail physical format outside of the original VHS format. Please ensure your player can play Blu-ray BD-R format BEFORE you buy. Please ask questions before you purchase.

"Disney's Halloween Treat" is a 1982 Halloween-themed TV special which originally aired October 30, 1982. Voiced by Hal Douglas a Jack O Lantern puppet guides the viewer through popular and slightly obscure Disney cartoon snippets from as early as 1929.

Originally released on VHS in 1984, "Disney's Halloween Treat" has not been made officially available in any other physical media format. This HD version was created using HD versions of all of the video segments. The only unavailable HD segment was the Jack O Lantern wraparound, which was up-scaled to match the rest of the program. The feature is presented in full-screen and two channel mono to match the original presentation.

In addition to the 60 minute feature additional Halloween shorts are included as bonus features. Not to be confused with "A Disney Halloween" which aired October 1st 1983 on the Disney Channel and featured the Magic Mirror and was 90 minutes.
