HAWAIIAN DEMON TALISMAN
The Hawaiian Demon Talisman is a powerful magic amulet and lucky charm handmade by Amiara Munteanu Bergmann inspired by the collective imagination, traditions, legends, shapes and colors typical of Central America. The pendant is distinguished by being worked on both sides. The front, with the image of a mask with spiritual eyes, an open mouth and the tongue that comes out, is painted with bright colors. The back, instead, reproducing the same shape with other floral elements, is monochrome. The cord holding the Talisman is in rope just to be in tune with the archaic nature embodied in the object. Within ancient tribal cultures all what was worn, especially during religious ceremonies, was cloaked in an aura of mystery and sacredness. Consequently, the jewels, although also having a decorative and ornamental function, first of all, were thought to have deep symbolic and magical values linked to religion and superstition. Since in the realization of ceremonies and magical rituals are fundamental not only the perfoemed gestures and the pronounced formulas but also the tools that are used, the creation of the Hawaiian Demon Talisman followed a specific path in tune with the secret rules of the Arcane in order to energetically charge it.
SYMBOLISM
The main symbolic elements in the Talisman are:
- green leaves;
- eyes;
- mouth with tongue;
- hand,
- leaves that form a face.
MATERIALS
- polymeric clay,
- rope,
- ecological, non-toxic colors.
