finger labyrinth The Finger Meditation Tool created by The Reverend Dr. Lauren

Bring peace, mindfulness, and spiritual focus into your daily routine with this beautiful, authentic Veriditas Handheld Wood Finger Labyrinth Meditation Tool. Designed by the pioneer of the modern labyrinth movement, The Reverend Dr. Lauren Artress, this portable octagonal board is a perfect replica of the historic 11-circuit medieval labyrinth from Chartres Cathedral in France.

Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has a single unicursal path to the center and back out with no tricks or dead ends. It serves as a powerful instrument for prayer, stress reduction, anxiety relief, or active meditation. The reverse side features the official engraved instructions and background text from Veriditas at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco.

• Material: Handcrafted solid natural wood with varied, rich wood grain tones
• Shape: Beautiful octagonal silhouette featuring an intricately carved decorative border
• Function: Handheld finger tracing tool for mindfulness, prayer, or cognitive focus
• Display Ready: Pre-drilled rear keyhole hanging slot for beautiful wall display when not in use.

Excellent pre-owned condition. The wood grain pattern is sharp and clean. The carved tracks are smooth for effortless tracing. The engraved instructional text on the reverse is fully legible and crisp. (Please see photos for full visual details).
