Have many Garloo’s in my own collection.. I Repair/Restore Great Garloo’s so they can be enjoyed for another 60 years! I have always loved old battery toys along with Holy Grail of Battery Toys..”The Great Garloo”…being my favorite!! ..So..I thought would offer Repair/Restoration Service for other Garloo owners...that own Non Working and damaged Garloo's….and or others who purchased Garloo’s in hopes of putting oil in the gears..and it would somehow …by magic work again..however unfortunately that simply is not the case.
This Repair cost Listed is for (ONLY)…attempting RESTORING..your Garloo back to working functions again just the condition it is received …..without additional repairs. If ….your Garloo requires additional body repairs as well..that would be extra depending on damage... This listing restoration price…Does Not…also include any replacement of body parts..Arms..or Foot Base Cracked Body Repairs……Motor replacements…and or cracked body hinge repairs. However.. I do have parts to replace arms ..foot bases..Motors and Repro Lion Cloths ……Obviously…would be extra cost. Note..I can also repair …not included in standard service repair…..is the BENDING HINGE area back to new functioning again…. This area is usually cracked on about 95% of Garloo’s NOBODY RESTORES Great Garloo’s like I do..Do not use blobs of Epoxy Glue on outside seams…like many I have serviced. I repair or can install correct Marx Motors if needed (extra cost)..for replacement….Motors are the leading cause ..and need of replacing in over 90% of Garloo’s…
