Guitar Bridge Alignment Jig w/ Scale Length | Self-Centering Luthier Tool

Take the guesswork out of bridge placement.

This precision guitar layout jig is designed for luthiers who want fast, accurate, and repeatable results when locating and aligning bridges on acoustic guitars.

Unlike basic alignment tools, this jig does three critical jobs in one setup:

1. Automatically Centers on the Neck

Two positive-locking, self-centering mechanisms grip the neck and align the jig perfectly to center—no measuring, no eyeballing.

2. Calibrates to Your Scale Length

A built-in adjustable rail allows you to set and lock your exact scale length, ensuring proper bridge placement every time.

3. Locks for Repeatable Accuracy

Once dialed in, all components tighten securely, giving you consistent, repeatable results across multiple builds.

How It Works:

Hook the front lip onto the end of the fretboard

Engage the self-centering clamps on the neck

Slide the jig to your desired scale length

Lock everything down

Position and align your bridge with confidence

Why This Tool?

Other methods require multiple rulers held against the neck and squares to layout the bridge placement.
