About this product
This has a smaller rim diameter than a CG3 but a deeper cup for a full sound.
The Kanstul Claude Gordon CG7 is a rare, discontinued one-piece cornet mouthpiece designed in collaboration with legendary brass educator Claude Gordon.Part of Kanstul's signature CG Series, the CG7 is specifically engineered to contrast the standard, highly popular CG3 by utilizing a narrower rim diameter paired with an intentionally deep cup. This combination creates an acoustically correct, unrestrictive air flow that delivers a massive, robust sound without sacrificing upper-register slotting.
Made at Kanstul factory.
