Made from high quality vegetable cured leather placed back to back fitted with hardwood handle. Dimensions are 19" (480mm) x 2½" (64mm) and is about 8mm thick.

Having been out of stock for some time my supplier has found a tannery that will provide hide in a light tan colour, this is the first production run of this item. The quality of the leather is the same except that there are some markings on the surface of the leather and it is a light tan colour but these do not effect of the item.

It has been designed to make it better useable for the job in hand!

It is hand made with care, the handle is machined round and smoothed so as not to damage cause discomfort, hand sanded and finished with a quality teak oil - it weighs about 300 grams (about ¾lb see note below) and this is what makes it so stinging and painful. If it were used as intended it will leave a very long lasting sting!

However, you can use it for swatting your flies!
