Removing Your Garage Door Opener Logic Board:
- Unplug the opener from the AC outlet. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Remove the light cover.
- Disconnect the sensor and wall switch signal wires.
- Unscrew the 4 faceplate mounting screws (note that upper and lower screws may differ).
- Disconnect the long white rectangular plugs from both halves of the logic board assembly (gently wiggle it loose).
- Remove the 5 Phillips head screws securing the logic board to the plastic faceplate.
Important: Do not ship the plastic faceplate. I only need the logic board itself. If the mounting plate is included, additional shipping fees may apply.
