DESCRIPTION OF THE MUSIGRAPH 100 AND ITS FEATURES
The “MUSIGRAPH 100” Musical Slide Rule VERY RARE – NO LONGER PRODUCED
This invention was created by two professional musicians, one of whom holds a Masters Degree in Musicology. The Musigraph Company was formed in 1971 to produce this product, and a limited number of “Musigraph 100’s” were manufactured at that time. Created for professional musicians by professional musicians. If you are a performer, composer, arranger, teacher or student of music, you will find the Musigraph 100 to be a VALUABLE tool for your trade. This innovative tool for the music profession is considered to be “the finest graphic reference ever created for the study and practical application of the principles of music theory and harmony.” (It is so unique and innovative that the Science Museum in London even bought one to put on display.)
There is no other device for the understanding and practical application of musical information that even remotely compares to the Musigraph. It is a tool that any musician can use for a lifetime, for so many different purposes. It is the finest portable transposition device ever invented, making it an invaluable, handy tool for composers and arrangers. It is also a highly useful tool for teachers of music theory, as it can be used to clarify or provide infinite examples of a point in theory, therefore it can lead to far more comprehensive understanding of musical principles.. It is the ultimate "short cut," because it is graphic rather than…
