N Scale (1:160) 53 foot US Max Length Flatbed - UNPAINTED, NOT A TOY!

This is NOT a toy and it is NOT appropriate for children. This is a model for adult train enthusiasts, collectors and modellers.

Please note this is N Scale (1:160 or about 12mm human figure) model and is slightly larger than my average wargaming models.

One (1) 53 foot flatbed trailer the max size allowed on US roads - choose your model - Spread axle, spread axle with storage, triple axle and twin axle. This is maximum legal length flatbed trailer that is often used for long distance haul where maximizing capacity is more important over ease of maneuverability on busy city streets. If your layout features industries that are receiving freights from long distances, this is your trailer. The model is LONG - see comparison photo -and takes over 10h to print with sizable support structure to ensure proper geometry. These trailers have a small deck curvature often seen in empty or lightly loaded flatbed trailers! This is not a print fault but a design decision!

We did not simply resize existing models, we made this from ground up to be a proper N scale model by beefing up detail that you cannot simply re-scale! The result is super fine detail that allows for safe handling downright to side-view mirrors and exhaust pipes! The trailer features retracted landing gear and super fine tie-down eyelets along sides. The truck features recessed windshield and side windows to allow for easy painting - simply flood this area with thinned dark wash or paint and allow it to dry.

NOTE to train guys - This model was designed specifically to be printed at N scale. The small detail has been beefed up to allow for safe handling and easy painting. What you see in photo is the real model, not high-definition computer rendition that is IMPOSSIBLE to print.
