**I’ve had a lot of questions about the authenticity of this headset and yes it is absolutely 100% genuine Chris King and this is verifiable with them. They did an extremely limited production in Summer 2025 that was not advertised, just mentioned to their best past buzzing bee colony customers. Of course they were quickly taken up by those lucky few and were near instantly sold out. Just as King said in their email - “when they’re gone, they’re gone.”

Brand new in packet (manufactured in 2025), unopened, special limited edition titanium headset.

Traditional external cup for 1-1/8" fork steerer equipped frames only. Same as the original legendary Ti set but EVEN BETTER as this one has the modern GripLock upper hat (in titanium of course!), which provides a far superior interface with the fork steerer than the older o-ring type upper hat did, thus eliminating headset loosening and steerer wear (especially important for carbon fork steerers!).

Beautiful raw titanium pieces with King outline livery and of course the titanium top cap which can sell for $500 alone. The best of the best, as good as it can possibly be.

Cups, upper hat, top cap and top cap bolt are all titanium. Bearings are Chris Kings legendary stainless steel (Chris King never made titanium bearings of course!). All precision made in Portland, Oregon USA.
