Robinair RA20033 Display Control Relay Board Rebuild + LCD Scr Replacement 34288

Repair and Rebuild of your RA20033 Power Control Relay / Display board plus a new LCD screen replacement for Robinair Cooltech 34288 machines.

A rebuild is an excellent alternative because the end user is able to uninstall and reinstall the board, and I don't touch any of the chips that store the machines software and saved data, so none of that is affected.

This is an entire refresh of the board to give your machine another 20 years of service (on the electrical side of things at least) All the relay board components are tested, replaced, as well as a new LCD screen installed. The 34288 screens tiny resistors are prone to electrical leakage (see last pic) which causes display drift and discoloration (see pics). If your machine functions fine and you only need an LCD replacement I offer that for $159. But at the age these machines are now I highly recommend a board rebuild while it's out and on the bench. Failed display control boards on the 34288 manifest in a number of different ways- dead displays, display has lines or missing characters, repeated SD card read errors, repeated communication errors, display is blank on power up and contrast can't be adjusted, and keypad issues. Since this is an all-in-one board, I also address the machine not recovering, not charging, failure to clear the lines, vacuum pump issues, no signal to certain solenoids, failure to fill the internal storage vessel, and more.

This auction is pretty simple, when you purchase, snap some pictures of wiring for your own reference later, then with your machine *unplugged* remove your board, box up and send and I test all circuits for failed components and rebuild it using the best Austrian, German, and Japanese made components available (they came with mostly Chinese made components originally) I spare no expense in getting the best parts available for these, sometimes spending triple over what the lowest cost parts are.
