The auction is for a Repair service of your PS5 system with broken HDMI port. Parts, labor and return shipping included in the auction price.
PS5 (any model): - HDMI port is visibly damaged with pins bent or broken inside the port - Middle/center piece pushed inside the port (happens when a system has been dropped on the back or slid off the shelf with HDMI cable attached)
IMPORTANT: System must still boot into a solid white light when turned on (on the power indicator lights), if it's just continuously pulsating with a blue light and it never changes to white (no matter how long it stays on) - this problem has nothing to do with HDMI/video circuitry (even if the port is damaged), and it's not repairable.
- Must send complete system with this service. - Only return shipping included with the auction, no shipping labels or boxes provided to ship your system in for repair. - An e-mail will be send to you after the auction on how and where to send your items or contact for the address directly. - Every repair service comes with a 60 days warranty.
