This sunburst A-syle mandolin with rosewood fretboard, two f-holes and pickguard is perfect for anyone looking for a quality affordable mandolin. The mandolin has 18 frets on a rosewood fretboard, a solid basswood body with two F-holes protected by a great looking black pickguard and a mahogany headstock holding 8 vintage style tuners. It has a 13.8 inch scale length and weighs just under 2 lbs. This is a great mandolin if you already play another string instrument like guitar, banjo, violin, etc but is also great if you are brand new to playing and want to get started out on mandolin.
**Please note you will receive a brand new instrument. It will need tuned 6-10 times initially before it begins to hold tuning and will take a few days of regular tuning before it begins to hold tuning correctly. Additionally there will be a plast wrap on the pickguard, so please feel free to remove that if you do not like the look.
