Support for Used Cameras. This service product is intended for users of pre-owned camera equipment seeking assistance with their proper use. I'll often get messages here on ebay asking for technical support; this listing allows me to charge a fair rate for my time and expertise while trying my best to adhere to ebay policies to not direct sales to other platforms. If you own a Panasonic I-Pro camera, I am able to apply a custom firmware to allow it to record mp4 videos and transfer them to a PC over USB.
I can help you pick out the right camera for your needs, help you understand how to best use your current camera, give training and written guides on how to use corresponding software correctly, etc. Please message me before purchasing so that we can establish clear expectations. Support will be provided over ebay messaging, or the email/phone you provide upon placing an order. Please communicate your preferred contact method over ebay messaging. By purchasing this service, I will do my best to help address your issue or achieve the desired functionality of your equipment, however no guarantee of results is given. Local pickup is listed as a placeholder.
