Both business directories are in good vintage condition with light rubbing & scuffing from storage and age no writing, torn, missing pages. The publisher for the 1957 copy is R.L. Polk out of Dallas Texas the 1959 copy is John F. Worley Directory Company out of Dallas Texas.
