A kazan is a traditional hot food cooking utensil, popular in many regions of Asia. The contents of this cast iron pot heat faster and hold their temperature longer, making this kazan irreplaceable for picnics and cooking in the open air. It is customary to cook potatoes with meat in it, lamb with vegetables and traditional dishes of the Eastern cuisine, such as pilaf, chorba, or lamian. Sounds tasty? We thought so!

Designed to cook dishes on a fire or barbecue, or in uchag - stewing, languishing and cooking in their own juice.

Thick walls and a hemispherical bottom spread heat evenly over the entire surface of the kazan, allowing to cook perfect dishes. Meats, pilaf and other dishes cooked in this cast iron cauldron are especially tasty, juicy. And smell delicious!
