Stephens Co No 36 (036) Combination Inclinometer Rule TO RESTORE. This weighs 5 1/2 oz unboxed. This is in as found condition. The boxwood is stained and has some light dings. The brass is stained and a little funky. The level vial is MIA. This also missing the one round plug? at the end of the handle (on the CS models this is brass, but this one has a brass rivet filled with lead). The joint was repaired at some point, but it does work. On the good side, the steel rule is pretty clean other than some stains. This am, what it am, but it is, at the least, 125 years old. A good winter project for sure!
All items for sale unless otherwise noted are purchased and in most cases professionally restored by me. I take pride in offering quality items. Not everything is perfect, but it is as I say it is. Also, I smoke a pipe, drink whiskey, both cheap and good, and cuss more in a hour than most folks do in a month. If any or all of the above bother's ya, well then we ain't got no reason to be doing business.
